Refund Policy

Overview
At Syed SEBT, we value our customers and strive to provide reliable and efficient services. However, we understand that there may be situations where a refund is necessary. Below, you will find our refund policy, which outlines the conditions under which a refund may be issued.

Refund Eligibility
Syed SEBT will initiate a refund only if a service or tool does not function for more than three consecutive days. Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

Your account is banned or blocked due to a violation of our terms and conditions.
You choose not to use the service after purchase.
The tool limits are exhausted; you must wait until the limits are refreshed.
Refund Request Timeline
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the order placement date. Refunds will not be issued if the request is made after this period, regardless of whether:

You have not received the product.
Your account is inactive or not accessible.
You have not used the service.
Combo Plans
If you have purchased a Combo Plan, you are eligible for a refund only if a primary service or tool (accessible by logging in) does not work for three or more consecutive days.

Mobile Device Compatibility
Most of our tools are not compatible with mobile devices. If you are a mobile user and wish to purchase our services, please contact us via live chat before making a purchase. Refunds will not be issued if you claim to be a mobile user after purchasing tools that are not designed for mobile use.

Processing Time
Refunds can take up to one week to process. We appreciate your patience as we handle your request.
